- Right of Admission: Fine Italian Kitchen reserves the privilege to admit or deny entry to any guest.
- Prohibition of Illegal Activities: Any unlawful activities within Fine Italian Kitchen are strictly forbidden and will be subject to legal action.
- Compliance with Laws: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and mandates, including wearing masks if required.
- Liability Disclaimer: Guests agree not to hold Fine Italian Kitchen liable for any illness, incidents, or accidents that may occur while dining at the establishment.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Complimentary Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation without any charges if they do so more than 48 hours before the reservation time.
- Cancellation Fee: A $35 per person cancellation fee will apply if a reservation is canceled within 48 hours of the booking or in the event of a no-show.
- Credit for Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee may be used as a credit for takeout orders within the next 5 days.
- Specials and Promotions: Guests are encouraged to read all details regarding specials and promotions carefully.
